A friend referred this restaurant to me that's why I'm here.
I must say, the Cantonese style rice dumpling is really huge but yummy.
Pepper pork tripe soup is delicious.
Rest of the dishes I don't really have much impression, I think that to me means mediocre.
Service is good, friendly enough.

Today, I stopped by here for the first time. For some reason, I felt a gentle atmosphere coming from the back of the place. From the moment I was guided, the service was very polite. First impressions are really important, aren’t they?
I ordered the Tofu Seafood Hotpot ($23.80) for my meal. It felt like I ate enough tofu for this year and the next all at once. It was surprisingly more filling than it looked. I wished the squid had been cut into more manageable pieces. The texture was rubbery and stretchy, making it difficult to eat. There was also not much soup, so for those who want to enjoy the soup, it might be better to order a seafood soup from the soup menu. Since it was my first time here today, I’m not sure what it’s like.
Nonetheless, this place is more of a refined restaurant than a casual diner. It might be suitable for those who want to enjoy their meal in a calm and leisurely manner, as well as for family gatherings and celebrations. They also have private rooms with round tables. While it is important that the place is wheelchair accessible, unfortunately, you have to leave the restaurant to use the restroom. This seems to be the case with all the shops in this row. However, the restroom is also wheelchair accessible, so as long as someone can open and close the door for you, it’s suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. I believe the staff will kindly assist you as well.

The food at this restaurant is actually very good — the claypot and youtiao were great. The chef clearly puts love into her cooking, and she herself is sweet and welcoming.
But the on floor service was absolutely awful. There’s one lady running the floor and she is flat-out rude. She doesn’t smile, doesn’t make you feel welcome, and acts like she’s doing you a favor by letting you eat there. Instead of treating guests with basic respect, she makes you feel small and unwelcome, which completely ruins the atmosphere.
It’s such a shame that amazing food is paired with such terrible service. Honestly, the chef deserves better representation out front, because right now the waitress’ attitude overshadows the quality of the dishes.
